POLICE IN LUXEMBOURG/LETTER OF
PROTEST TO THE AMBASSADOR OF LUXEMBOURG IN THE NETHERLANDS
Dear Readers,
The March For Freedom is a demonstrative protest against
inhuman EU asylum policy  and it stands for the following principles

  • Stop the Dublin trap and the obligatory residence in Lagers throughout Europe
  • Permanent documents without criteria (not depending on working contracts or individual state prosecution)
  • Stop the imprisonment and deportation of migrants
  • Same working conditions for all
  • Same political, social and cultural rights for all: right to study and to work
  • Stop the European imperialist policies: no more free trade treaties and NATOwars
  • Abolish Frontex, Eurosur and other anti-migration policies and measures
See for the extensive document below

MARCHING FOR FREEDOM/DOCUMENTING A STRUGGLE

In eleven days we, activists with and without papers, will stand at the border between Germany and France, near Strassbourg. We will have walked there from the German border city Kehl; destination of our journey will be Brussels. The majority of the people involved in the March do not have valid documents; people who do have been asked to leave them at home in solidarity. I will also leave my passport at home.

In eleven days we have started the March to Freedom, an international protest of migrants and supporters. We will walk some 450 kilometers in one month time, during which we will openly and illegally cross a national border four times, because we believe in and fight for the freedom of movement for everybody. We will show that we will not let ourselves be intimidated by the national borders, which have grown into powerful mechanisms of division and exclusion.

EU: MUCH TALK ON RIGHTS, FEW RESULTS

Respect for human rights is measured in deeds, not words. Ordinary people, from the homeless in Hungary, to black and Arab teenagers constantly stopped by the police in France, to Syrian asylum seekers in Greece, are paying the price for the lack of robust rights enforcement.
Judith Sunderland, senior Europe and Central Asia researcher

(Brussels) – European Union (EU) leaders in 2013 acknowledged problems of rising intolerance and persistent human rights violations across the EU, but failed to take concerted action, Human Rights Watch said today in its World Report 2014. Human Rights Watch documented EU-level developments in migration and asylum, discrimination and intolerance, and counterterrorism, highlighting events in 11 member states, including a new member, Croatia.

Racism in the Netherlands/Party for Freedom/ PVV, Wilders and the poison of racism

”Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy”
Naomi Wolf
”Ten steps to close down an open society”
INTRODUCTION:
In her book ”The End of America, Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot” [1] the American writer and
activist Naomi Wolf describes ”Ten steps to close an open society”, the ten mechanisms, which
lead to a police State.
The suspension of the freedoms in a democratic State is one thing.
The other thing is the scapegoat model, which leads attention from political and economical
problems and covers the true meanings of authoritarian politicians, who rise to power by
either socalled ”democratic elections” or a military coup.
Through history, that scapegoat model, which breaks solidarity and makes
innumerable innocent victims, has brought disaster on mankind.

Letter to the members of the District Council of Amsterdam Zuid-Oost about their refusal to provide basic needs for the rejected refugees of the Vluchtgarage

LETTER TO THE MEMBERS OF THE DISTRICT COUNCIL  OF AMSTERDAM ZUID-OOST
ABOUT THEIR REFUSAL TO PROVIDE BASIC NEEDS FOR THE REJECTED REFUGEES OF THE VLUCHTGARAGE
Dear Readers
A Happy, Healthy 2014 with a continuation of the struggle against injustice and human rights violations.
Hereby my translated letter to the members of the district council of Amsterdam Zuid-Oost [South-East], which
I wrote in december 2013 about their refusal to provide elementary
facilities to thegroup of rejected refugees, who is staying for now in the Vluchtgarage, Kralenbeek 100,
Amsterdam Zuid-Oost.
With great respect for those, who squatted  the ”Vlucht” locations for the refugees, everytime when they were evicted again.
And with  thanks to the Christen-Unie, which did the proposal in the District Council to provide
the refugees from basic needs.

ALGERIA, MOROCCO NAVAL BUILT-UP SUPPORTS EU ANTI-IMMIGRATION POLICIES (AND THE DUTCH ARMS

INDUSTRY)

While Europe itself is beefing up military operations to prevent immigrants from entering the EU by sea, it also supports North African countries to better equip themselves to tackle the issue at their end. Of course it cuts both ways: North Africa’s military expansion is a welcome business opportunity too.

[Campagne tegen Wapenhandel/Campaign against arms trade]/Selling border militarization as a humanitarian effort

SELLING BORDER MILITARIZATION AS A HUMANITARIAN EFFORT

Just one week after the dramatic events off the coast of Lampedusa, where more than 300 refugees drowned when their boat sank, the European Parliament approved the operating rules for Eurosur, the European border surveillance system. Eurosur provides in the exchange of real time images and data between EU member states and the EU border agency Frontex, gathered through surveillance of the Mediterranean using UAVs (‘drones’), ships and satellites.
Eurosur is presented as a project aimed at rescueing migrants. In reality, it’s primarily task is stopping migrants from entering the European Union. Once again, the military industry, involved in Eurosur through Research & Development-projects, finds profit opportunities in the walls of Fortress Europe.

The tragedy at Lampedusa has been far from the only deadly result of the militarization of the Mediterranean borders. Over the course of the last twenty years, more than 17000 persons diedattempting to reach Europe. On Monday 30 September, thirteen migrants drowned near Sicily.

[Article of Joke Kaviaar]/Face the faces of death/The Mediterrarean tragedy is called Frontex

FACE THE FACES OF DEATH/THE MEDITERRAREAN TRAGEDY IS CALLED FRONTEX

Lost are the faces, because lost are the lives. Their eyes, they see no more. They see no more fear on the faces of their companions, their families, their children. Not because they fear no more but because they are no more. Free at last. See no more and feel no more. No more hate, no more denial. No more fate to not be able to get away from – as if fate were ever a destiny rather than the result of the capitalist structures, the walls of the terrorist border agency Frontex in front of the shores that can never be reached unless dying.

No! Fate is not the cause of corpses washing ashore. It is the crime of the European states. Fate is not the reason for leaving all of all behind in search for a life non-existent. It is poverty and slavery that is the reason, caused by exploitation. It is not fate that shed blood. It is the laws of the Fortress of Europe. It is not fate that murdered. It is politics. It is greed.
