OCCUPATION AND COLONIZATION

Dear Readers,

Recently I wrote a letter of solidarity and appreciation to the

International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network because of

the courageous Letter of Holocaust survivors and their descendants

condemning the Israeli massacre of Palestinians in Gaza and the

ongoing occupation and colonization of historical Palestine.

In the Letter, the names of the people who signed, were mentioned.

I think they deserve to be mentioned in text, so hereby, under

my letter of appreciation, I name them.

Also in the international arena it had consequences:

Five influential South American countries, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile,

El Salvador and Peru, have recalled their envoys.

UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon reacted violently on the [second] Israeli

attacking of a UN School, calling it a ”criminal act”.

Even die hard ally and arms supplier, the USA, were ”appalled” by

the ”disgraceful” shelling of the UN School.

Burmese government restrictions on aid to Rohingya Muslims are creating a humanitarian crisis that will become a disaster when the rainy season arrives. Instead of addressing the problem, Burma’s leaders seem intent on keeping the Rohingya segregated in camps rather than planning for them to return to their homes.
