REASON
UNSAFE SITUATION OF WAR STRICKEN AFGHANISTAN

Best wishes for 2015.
However, you started the New Year badly, by giving
your cooperation to the deportation of
Mr F.M. Amiri, father to a family consisting
of him, his wife, his two sons and one daughter,
to Afghanistan at monday 5th of january 2015, (1)

Flight number/ KL 871
Not only a father is separated from his family, which is
contrary European and international human rights
treaties (right to a family life), he is deported to a
dangerous, war stricken country, which may put
him in danger, in which case you bear co responsibility.
Therefore an urgent appeal to you, not to co operate
with this deportation.
WAR STRICKEN AFGHANISTAN
It should not have been necessary to write you this letter,
because it´s not only your duty to be aware of the situation
of Afghanistan, you already are, since I believe you are following
the international news, so will know of the unsafe situation, which
is caused by the war between the Western troops and Taliban
resistance, as the civil war betweeen Afghan warlords.
This bad human rights situation has been illustrated in the
Dutch ´´Ambtsbericht van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse
Zaken´´ (Office report of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
dd 24 december 2013, pages 25 t/m 36 and 39 t/m 67 (2)
The international human rights organisation
Human Rights Watch utters her concern about the human
rights situation in Afghanistan in her year report of 2014.

At 2013 there were a great number of serious military
attacks in Afghanistan, as a military attack on Kabul
Airport and the shooting to kill of six policemen
at a checkpoint in the South of the country. (4)
Since then, the situation has been only detoriated.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES
OF THIS DEPORTATION
I wrote you before about your co operation with
deportations to Afghanistan (5) and yet you continue
with those deadly practices.
Yes, I say ´´deadly´´, because in two cases deported
Afghan refugees were killed in Afghanistan. (6)
In your reaction on an earlier letter of me, you
pointed out, that it is not ´´unusual´´
to deport refugees, since you act ´´at order
of the authorities´´ (7)
Well, dear Mr or Mrs, ´´at order of the authorities´´
is no excuse at all.
With all respect
UTTER NONSENSE
It´s your own company policy and choice, to cooperate
with the government policy of deportations or not and
so you are co responsible, might the refugee be harmed
after deportation, as I let you know before. (8)
I tell you stronger
When the Afghan refugee, who had been killed after
deportation to Afghanistan, was deported by KLM, you
were co responsible for his death. (9)
Can you live with that
EPILOGUE
By cooperation with the deportation of
Afghan refugees to an unsafe and dangerous situation,
you bear co responsibility for their possible dangerous situation.
Therefore an urgent appeal to you, to cancel the
deportation of Mr F.M. Amiri, at monday 2015, and of
other refugees to Afghanistan.
Than you make a good beginning for the New Year.
Otherwise you are co responsible for unsafety and
death and will have blood on your hands.
